In Pilates, core strength is the foundation of all movement. Pilates Reformer workouts focus on controlled movements using the body’s core muscles.
Workouts are performed using Balanced Body equipment including Reformers, Tower Systems and split pedal Pilates chairs.
These workouts can also help reduce back pain, compression on the joints and prevent sports injuries. Exercises are low impact and are modified according to personal flexibility and strength limitations.
